Our Electronic Pit less Weighbridges are built with the help of international standard procedures and techniques. These are considered to be very low profile weighbridges; which are highly versatile and are pretty easy to install. Further, they are offered in various designs and the structure is almost identical as the former. Howsoever, on account of the elevation, maintenance works are carried in far easier manner. However, it needs increased land because the approach ramps on both ends are a necessity. This second generation of digital Series movable weighbridge is developed with the help of excellent technology. These are highly portable, are known for their long lives and have been constructed from high-strength mild steel structure fabricated in adequate sectional length/s. These are highly capable of connecting few sections together and creating various sizes up to 24 m and capacities up to 200 MT on different models. This is considered a great advantage to Road Construction / mining /EPC sector where frequent relocation is very common and the foundation costs are far lesser than the conventional Pit types/ surface mounted foundations. We are offering Rail Weigh Bridges which qualify as an In-motion Weighing System and they overcome lots of limitations; which are completely inherent of conventional static weighing systems, as they are capable of weighing moving vehicles.

These highly sophisticated, but simple in-motion weighing system is designed and fabricated in a unique manner. With complete support and help provided by the conventional systems, each wagon is ultimately uncoupled from those adjacent to it, and then carefully positioned and parked on the weighbridge before recording its weight. 

These digitally intelligent and highly innovative systems have been perfectly designed in order to detect various kinds of wagons; that are always needed for initiating the axle or bogie weighing. They are also famous for their long service lives and also automatically detect the various kinds of engines and eliminate their weight. The speed of the wagons is directly related to the accuracy of their weight. The high speed A/D Micro Controllers has an excellent compatibility, needed to achieve accurate weighment even up to a speed of 15KM/hr.

Track requirements bridge:

The Micro-controller based menu driven Electronic Digital Weight Indicator has been exquisitely designed for providing help to high performance industrial weighing applications. The user is given the choice of selecting the operating functions that are perfectly appropriate to his application requirements. The weighing system has the given features:

In order to garner optimum accuracy, the given track conditions should be adhered to.

 

  • Approximate 100Mtrs straight track should be provided on both the sides of the Weighbridge.
  • The tracks at both ends of the weigh bridge of 100 Meters is perfectly desired to be level tangent with gradient; that doesn’t exceed "1 in 300"
  • Points or crossings should always be up to a distance of nearly 100 Meters of both end of the Weighbridge; and these should be always avoided.
  • Concrete sleepers which are up to 100 meters & RCC Base; which is always at least 20 Meters on both sides of the track; are required to be well ballistic and settled at both the sides.
  • Non Weighing speed should never increase 25 km per/hr limit.

 

System overview

The load cell based in-motion weighing system includes nearly 4 load cells. Further, the weighbridge consists of prefabricated supporting structure and also rail approaches. The load cells are strain gauge based sensors, and are capable of converting weight to electrical signal with far more increased accuracy and stability. Further, the wagon movement on the weighbridge has been perfectly identified by Track Switches placed on both the sides of the bridges. These are needed to detect the direction, kinds of wagons, start and stop weighment.

 

The approach Rails have been rigidly tightened with approach beams, that are always needed to restrict the rail movement and smooth load transfer to the weighbridge.
