We are offering Rail Weigh Bridges which qualify as an In-motion Weighing System and they overcome lots of limitations, which are completely inherent of conventional static weighing systems, as they are capable of weighing moving vehicles.

Specifications:

• Approximate 100 mtr straight track should be provided on both the sides of the Weigh Bridge
• The tracks at both ends of the weigh bridge of 100 Meters is perfectly desired to be level tangent with gradient; that doesn’t exceed "1 in 300"
• Points or crossings should always be up to a distance of nearly 100 meters of both end of the Weighbridge; and these should be always avoided
• Concrete sleepers which are up to 100 meters & RCC Base, which is always at least 20 meters on both sides of the track, are required to be well ballistic and settled at both the sides
• Non Weighing speed should never increase 25 km per/hr limit

System overview:

• The load cell based in-motion weighing system includes nearly 4 load cells. Further, the weighbridge consists of prefabricated supporting structure and also rail approaches. The load cells are strain gauge based sensors, and are capable of converting weight to electrical signal with far more increased accuracy and stability. Further, the wagon movement on the weighbridge has been perfectly identified by Track Switches placed on both the sides of the bridges. These are needed to detect the direction, kinds of wagons, start and stop weighment.
• The approach Rails have been rigidly tightened with approach beams, that are always needed to restrict the rail movement and smooth load transfer to the weighbridge.
